Private Chef
The genesis of our company, chef candidates should show incredible adaptability, grace & extreme cleanliness. Chefs should have strong foundations and an interest in modern interpretations of varied cuisines. Raw, vegetarian, vegan, macrobiotic, sustainable-driven cuisines a plus. Most candidates should have estate or yacht backgrounds as well as fine dining restaurant experience.

Chief Stewardess/ Executive Housekeeper
Candidates should show continued experience in fine homes with focus on laundering, table service, care of fine furnishings & clothing. Yachting experience a plus but not required. Candidates should be comfortable working with others, taking direction from training staff and instilling those directions in everyday tasks. Efficiency, attention to detail and discretion all vital.

Driver
Consideration given to current and retired law enforcement. Must have immaculate driving record, work history & appearance. Drivers should have extensive knowledge of Miami, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale. Incredible communication skills with clients a must.

Estate Manager
Extensive background in running contemporary and smart homes is imperative. Strong candidates may have experience with multiple locations and impeccable guest service initiatives.

Beauty & Massage Therapist
Prior top-tier spa and/or hotel experience a must. Candidates should be innovative but able to take client direction. Establishing relationships is the key to this vital position. Candidates should be comfortable working outside the spa and energetic about building clients within the company.
